Grilled Calamari
Fried Calamari is one of the most popular appetizers in Italian and American restaurants, so when people think of calamari, they often immediately associate it with the fried battered coating this dish comes with; however, calamari on its own is actually quite healthy- it doesn't have to be fried! The texture of calamari makes it delicious without the coating so why bother frying it when you can grill it?
